We Serve Only USDA Prime and Choice Rated Meats. The Silver Saddle Story FOUNDED 1980 Our warm and rustic atmosphere was created inside the Silver Saddle Steak House and Tappadero
Lounge. In keeping with old Southwest tradition, a custom steel and brick mesquite wood
grill and pit were built. An antique buggy wheel with welded horseshoes attached served to raise the cooking
grill to appropriate levels above the smoky mesquite wood fire. Burning Arizona's native mesquite wood lends an unmatched smoke flavor to the food, plus this amazing wood, while burning, can produce temperatures which can exceed 2000Fahrenheit, so we suggest that no one stand too close to our open fire. Over 21 different varieties of mesquite wood grow in areas of Arizona and Mexico. Our
bar top in the Tappadero
Lounge was formed from a large mesquite tree milled in Trincheras, Mexico. Strips of bubinga, an African hardwood, highlight the mesquite wood to to create a
bar top of unique natural
beauty. Every table top in the house was handcrafted of willow with highlights of purple heart, another African hardwood, which deepen sin color with exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays. The block and timber walls, built over forty years ago, weartheir newly remolded, resawn fitted pine planks like a new coat. The greatest care has been employed to present our guests with a comfortable environment in which to dine. Blended with our pride in excellence of food and beverages offered, we hope the Silver Saddle stays at the top of your list of fine
restaurants. Click here to view the Menu in PDF format

All entrance and exit ramps between Prince Road and 29th Street are closed for approximately 2½ years. I-10 remains open! Two eastbound and two westbound travel lanes on the Interstate remain open in the project area. Vehicles on I-10 that do not need to exit between Prince Road and 29th Street should stay on I-10 through the construction zone. On the frontage roads, a third lane is open to traffic, creating three lanes of one-way traffic in each direction from Prince Road to 29th Street for local traffic and access. Major cross-street traffic, including turns onto these streets, are maintained, and signals are re timed. Motorists should anticipate occasional weekend and nighttime cross-street closures during bridge demolition and construction. Click here for more details
