Breakfast is available from 6.30am through until 9.30am every morning, and for those guests departing before this time we are happy to arrange a continental
breakfast selection for guests to help themselves to. We aim to use fresh local produce and Fair Trade products wherever possible. We offer a varied
breakfast menu featuring a traditional English
Breakfast with local sausages and bacon, a Continental selection with home-made marmalades and preserves, Smoked Haddock and Poached Eggs or Manx Kippers. In the evening a short walk will take you to numerous local
restaurants and inns, including the Cock Inn serving traditional home-made meals, three very good Indian
Restaurants, a Chinese, Bada Bing Italian
Restaurant and
Cafe, Flutes Wine and Tapas
Bar and several take-aways. The guest
lounge is comfortably furnished in a traditional style, books, magazines and
videos are provided for your enjoyment. Off road
parking for guests is available on a gravel drive next to the house. If you are celebrating a special occasion we would be more than happy to arrange for flowers, chocolates or champagne to be in your

Airport, 5 minutes from Stansted's Long Stay Car Park and just a few minutes walk from Stansted Mountfitchet railway station. Easy access to the M11, London, Cambridge and Newmarket.

We are normally only able to offer check-in up until 9.30pm. Cancellation Policy:- Regretfully we have to charge for cancellations within 48 hour of the arrival date. This charge will be 90% of the quoted
room rates, unless we are able to relet the
room.
