Cancellation fees equivalent to the cost of 3 nights of accommodation will apply with cancellation of a booking 7 days before guest's arrival to the hotel. No show cancellation fees equivalent to the total accommodation cost will apply up to a maximum of 7 nights if guests do not show up at the hotel. The hotel may cancel the booking if the hotel or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. In such an event the hotel will refund payments but shall have no further liability to the guest. Special Needs/Requests. Any special needs or requests must be notified in writing in advance. No guarantees can be made in relation to any special requests. Limitation of Liability. The hotels liability for loss of or damage to property shall be limited to £100.
