For Mastercard Visa Credit Cards there is a 2% surcharge. *Cancellation Policy; Cancellations must be received by 14:00 48hrs prior to arrival to avoid charges. Confirmation of cancellation to be confirmed in writing by email/ fax. Failure to comply may result in a charge being levied equivalent to 80% of rate quoted if room not resold. Cancellation terms for Burghley Horse Trials bookings are different and cancellations must be received by 14:00 on the 30th July to avoid charges. Deposits when Requested are not refundable until after date of original booking and then only if room has been resold. A winner of the Swallow Group Manager of the year award on two occasions and runner up 3 times. He was also South West area director for the company from 1995 to 2000 and a previous winner of the English Tourist Board's ''Keep it Live Campaign''. Philip is project director for the prestigious project of a hotel school in Bournemouth that aims to provide a regional, national and international centre of excellence for hospitality, education and training for the South West. The six main rooms are Ensuite,1 Junior Suite (with air bath/shower), 4 Doubles and 1 Twin, with Shower and WC. Satellite Television, Radio, and mini Fridge with complimentary bottled water, fresh milk, Tea Coffee facilities, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board. We also now have 1 small double (4'6 bed) that is ideal for single occupancy with private shower and toilet. The shower and toilet are only 5 feet away directly across a private corridor that leads to 2 other ensuite rooms. This room when available is at a discount to the published tariff.
