Wild Rose is a multi-room suite which has its own private entrance. The sitting room has a gas fireplace; service bar with microwave, sink, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea maker, TV/DVD player. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a two-person jetted tub in an adjacent alcove. The private bathroom includes a shower, lav, and toilet and is adjacent to the bedroom. There is also a private covered patio with outdoor furniture for your use. Desert Rose is a very spacious room which includes a sitting area, mini-fridge, coffee/teamaker, TV with DVD player. The spacious adjoining bathroom has a tiled shower. Views to the west offer spectacular sunsets throughout the seasons. Throughout the cottage, we provide oversize towels, designer linens, and a terrific mattress to guarantee a good nights sleep. We have decorated our guest rooms with the thought of your comfort and relaxation in mind. The cottage has central air-conditioning.

Location/things to do: Portland is quite a beautiful city situated on either side of the Willamette River. There is always a lot to do in and around Portland throughout the year. Portland has lovely gardens, including the Japanese Garden, which has a reputation for being one of the best in the country. The Rose Test gardens at Washington Park are also highly regarded among rose fanciers. There are unique neighborhood centers which have undergone refurbishing and revival in the past few years and each offers interesting locally-owned shops and marvelous restaurants many of which specialize in;Northwest Cuisine.; Several neighborhoods and communities feature clusters of antiques and collectible shops. Further afield, the beauty of the area can be enjoyed with a visit through the Columbia River Gorge, around the Mt. Hood Loop, up to Mt. St. Helens, over to the Oregon Coast, or while visiting the wine country to sample some of the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris which are giving Oregon wineries a justly-deserved high reputation all over the world. Our American Farmhouse style BB features a comfortable yet stylish atmosphere where your privacy and enjoyment of your surroundings is of our utmost concern. We are located only 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Portland, 5 minutes from Beaverton and Raleigh Hills, 15 minutes from the Convention Center and Rose Garden, and are near the major freeway systems from which you may easily take day trips to the Columbia River Gorge, Mt. Hood, the Coast, Mt. St. Helens, and the Wine Country. While in an urban setting, we are nevertheless on an exceptionally quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, and with our elevated location from the street, views to the west from our guest rooms often provide some spectacular sunsets. We take great pride in the preparation of our breakfasts, incorporating top-notch ingredients, using local and organic products, and striving to reach a good balance between nutrition and indulgence in our menu selections.

RATES AND OCCUPANCY: We require minimum stays during high season (June-October) and for all holiday periods. However, be sure to ask, as we may have single night availability between booked multiple-night stays. June 1st through October 15th: Wild Rose: $155 per night Desert Rose: $130 per night. Rates are plus 10% room tax. Cancellation Policy: Please let us know as soon as possible about your need to cancel. We may or may not be able to avoid charging you for confirmed room nights depending on the situation. We reserve the right to do so regardless of the number of days' notice you have given us. We do not refund or credit any nights of short-stay cancellations. Cancellation charge: $25 to be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room. Pets: We may be able to accommodate your well-behaved dog. Please ask about the possible arrangements. Check-In/Check-Out: Our check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. or by previous arrangement..
