Room Suite Descriptions. Unit Descriptions - All Units are spacious and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heat, cable TV, microwaves, telephones, data ports, refrigerators, full bath, hair dryers, iron, ironing boards, dinette table with 2 chairs. Motel units have either 1 queen and 1 double bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen bed, or 1 king bed. Most units are off a shared balcony. Suites are 2 room units. One room has either 2 double beds or 1 queen. The second room has 1 queen bed and a seating area with a table and 4 chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave and hair dryers. Both rooms are equipped with separate AC and television. The suites all have 1 full bath and a private balcony. Corner Rooms Suites face directly toward the tidal river and have a nice view of the salt march and a distant ocean view. All rooms are Smoke Free. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. There are coffee makers, DVD VCR players available at the front desk. Wireless internet is available in the rooms. Specific rooms requested are honored whenever possible, but not guaranteed. Some rooms are handicap accessible. Complementary coffee tea - Available in the lobby from 6:30 am - 8:00 pm and daily maid service is included.
