Orlando Theme Park Home Rates - 2008 thru 2009. This home is priced according to the 3 Vacation Seasons in Orlando. Low Season$159.00/night. Mid Season$179.00/night. High Season$209.00/night. A 10% deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance is due 2 weeks before check in date. Cancellation Policy: Up to 30 days prior to check in - No fee. After 30 days prior, forfeiture of deposit. All rates are plus taxes Currently 13%. There is a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer. There is a one time cleaning fee of $90 for stays of 4 nights or less. Reservations must be for a minimum of 2 nights. Property Protection and Processing fee of $50.00 payable prior to arrival on all reservations. This fee replaces a
Security Deposit.
Pool Heat (electric) 3 day minimum and must be for the duration of your stay$25.00/day. We ask you to please read these details carefully if you are considering booking a home with a heated
pool as there are specific guidelines.
Pool heating must be booked in advance of arrival to be guaranteed as not all the properties have a
pool heater. There is a supplement charge for
pool heating on a daily basis.
Pool heating, if required, must be ordered for the entire length of your stay, and will not be available for just part of your stay unless you are staying several weeks, in which case there is a 7 night minimum. During winter months,
pool heaters will generally heat the
pool to around 83 degrees Fahrenheit. If the air temperature lowers to 60 degrees or less, then although the heater operates for longer hours than in warmer weather, they will not be very effective and the water temperature will not reach comfortable temperature. We regret that in these circumstances a refund of part or the entire supplement paid is not possible and your understanding of this important matter is an essential part of this reservation. An inventory is taken prior to occupancy. If you discover any missing items, there are instructions within the unit as to how to report and have those deficiencies corrected.

bedroom with a fresh flowered decor outfitted with a full sized bed, a

TV table. More than adequate
closet space makes this
room adaptable for kids or adults. Cape Cod is a nice kids
room with 2 twin beds, a night table and a
TV table. Plenty of
closet space. Decor is Cape Florida. No home in Florida should be without a Florida
room. This Kids

Go 7.5 miles to Chebacco Ranch on right. CHECKPOINT: 1/3 mile before arrival at the ranch, you will make a 90 degree right turn in front of a General Store with a sign over the porch, Taylor City look for a yellow farmhouse and barn on right. FROM WIERS BEACH - Take Route 11 south to Alton Circle. Go left on Route 28 to Wolfeboro. Follow directions from Wolfeboro to the Ranch. FROM WOLFEBORO - take Route 28 east to Route 16. Go south on Route 16 to Pine River Pond Rd. Take left, go to the end (Route 153). Take left - 6 miles to Chebacco Ranch. CHECKPOINT... Province Lake Country
