Mill Creek Luxury Cabins Rates, policies and cabin descriptions are listed below. Description of Cabins, Rates and Booking Information. Our specialties are comfort and cleanliness. Designed, built and decorated by the Owner. Each is truly unique and an one-of-a-kind cabin. Seven cabins; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 can sleep 8 guests. Cabin 6 can accommodate 14 guests. Fully equipped kitchen. All linens are provided. Handmade oak furniture. Conference area available in Cabin 6 with an office and phone by special arrangement. Extreme recreation area. Beautifully decorated and each with its own style, the cabins are a treat for everyone. These luxurious cabins are fully equipped to accommodate eight to fourteen guests. They have complete kitchens, including a microwave and coffeepot. There are two full size bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds, two queen size beds in the loft, a stone fireplace in the living room and an outdoor hot tub on the deck. Towels and linens are also provided. Interested parties please note, our.;in season; rates starts Memorial Day weekend and extends through Bridge Day weekend, which is the third weekend of October. Our is October 19 through May 25. A deposit of one-half (50% of the total rent, before taxes) is required for reservation confirmation. Balance in full is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If not, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Refund on a cancellation can be made only if the cabin is re-rented for your reservation period. All refunds will be subject to a 20% service charge on the total rental fee for the period of your reservation. A credit card number is required for security and damage deposit. We gladly accept all major credit cards and also your personal check. Check in 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, or otherwise by special arrangement. Check out by 11:00 am, or otherwise by special arrangement. Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Each can accommodate 8 guests. The rent is $130 per night for 2 people plus $30 for each additional person per night, during the week and in our winter season. On weekends;in season;, we have a 2-night minimum and charge $310 a night for up to 8 people. During Holidays, Bridge Day weekend and Gauley season weekends, we have a 3 night minimum reservation at the full house rate of $310 a night. Cabin 6 Hosts 14 guests and rents for $250 a night for 2 people plus $30 for each additional person per night during the week and in the winter season.;In season; weekends, we charge a flat rate of $610 a night for up to 14 people. During Holidays, Bridge Day weekend and Gauley Rafting Season weekends, we have a 3 night minimum reservation. Cabins 7 and 8 Have room for 8 guests in each unit. They both have 1 1/2 baths and rent for $160 for 2 people plus $30 for each additional person per night during the week and in the winter season. For in season weekends, we charge a flat rate of $340 a night for up to 8 people. During Holidays, Bridge Day weekend and Gauley Season weekends, we have a 3-night minimum reservation at the full house rate, that being $340 a night for up to 8 guests. Go south on Interstate 77 and Interstate 64 to Beckley, WV. Take exit 48 onto US Route19, north, towards Summersville, WV. After about twenty miles you will cross the New River Gorge Bridge. Continue north about one and a half miles to the third exit, which is the Milroy Grose intersection. Make a right turn onto Milroy Grose Road, which soon becomes a narrow single lane country road. Go south on Interstate 81 to Lexington, VA. Get on I Interstate 64, west, and follow it to Beckley, WV. Take exit 48 onto US Route 19, north, towards Summersville, WV. From the north and passing through Morgantown, WV? Take Interstate 79, south, and drive for approximately two hours. Watch for exit 57, which is the second exit past Flatwoods, WV, the distance is almost nine miles. This is where you will get off Interstate 79 onto Route 19, south. (You will soon be driving through Summersville, WV, and must to be very conscious of the speed limit there. It is easy to go over it and be ticketed!). Should you need to purchase food, or any other necessity, Summersville is the place to get it. After completing your shopping expedition, continue south, about twenty miles, and you will soon pass the Route 60 (The Midland Trail) exit. Go to the second exit beyond it to the Milroy Grose Road intersection, which is approximately three miles. Turn a left onto Milroy Grose Road. This road soon becomes a narrow, single lane, country road. Drive about a half mile further and you will see the Mill Creek Cabins entrance sign on your left. We hope these directions make your arrival easy and pleasant! If, upon arrival you can;t find your cabin, please be sure of your cabin;s number. That;s because there may be nobody in the office to help you locate it, if you arrive after the closing. If you should need additional assistance, you may call our phone number (1-800-692-5005) for help in your search. Knowing your cabin number will result in us more easily serving you! Your cabin will be unlocked and ready for you at 4:00 pm. The key will be on the kitchen table. If you have a preferred temperature setting for your cabin, please, let us know! The hot tub will be hot or heating. It is cleaned after each reservation and then refilled, several hours are required for the water to warm up. Also, the porch light will be on, just in case you arrive after dark. As your hosts, we strive to make your visit one of comfort, pleasure and free of stress.
