Back-Neck Massage Using the classic massage form for back and neck (30 or 45 min.). Lomi Lomi Nui - Hawaiian Massage Is one of the important healing methods in the Hawaiian tradition and today is learnt and practised world wide. By using the hands and lower arms, and with the application of various massage oils, the therapist uses strong and at the same time tender stroking movements on the body to release built-up and blocked energy and provide a feeling of well-being and harmony (60 or 90 min. /full body). Ayurveda This massage technique originates from India and in Sanskrit, Ayurveda means the science of life and represents one of the oldest known natural healing massage methods. Specific oils are used (soft strokes) to cleanse the body of poisons and to promote youth for body and soul (60 or 90 Min./full body). Foot Reflexology Massage It not only refreshes tired feet it also renews body, mind and soul. The therapist applies pressure point massage on certain points on the sole of the foot, and thereby stimulates certain organ functions (60 min. /foots). Exclusively for women: to relax in a beautiful atmosphere over scenic of Zurich. The spa is also available for non resident guests! You will find a steam bath, natural sauna with light therapy, Finnish sauna, power showers, foot bath, solarium, relaxation room and a roof top terrace with a beautiful view over the city, lake and the mountains. The spa opening hours are daily from 10 am - 10 pm (summertime from 5 pm - 10pm or on request). The entry fee for non residents is CHF 35.00 for 3 hours; each additional hour will cost CHF 15.00. LADY'S FIRST, the boutique design hotel, is situated in an elegant 19th century house in a quiet and attractive part of the town, and yet extremely close to the city-center and and only a few steps to the lake of Zurich. The building was carefully renovated by the famous architect Pia Schmid and is a unique combination of passed century ambiance, powerfull colors and extraordinary materials. The dynamic woman and the modern man will find in the hotel places to feel comfortable and relaxed; in our 28 well appointed rooms, by the fireplace in the lounge or in the rose garden. The top floors are for women only. These include our ambianced spa area where sauna, massage and cosmetic treatments are offered.
