The Pinkham House is a beautifully restored 100 year old farm house with stunning hardwood floors and turn of the century charm. This historic house is named after nearby Pinkham Notch, the canyon-like notch beside Route 16 that runs along the east side of Mt. Washington. This two story house has a full kitchen, three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a queen pull-out sofa. The three bedrooms include one with a king size bed, one with two double beds and the third with one double bed.  The comfortable dining and living room area has a new 27 TV with 70 + channels. I-93 take Exit 35 which is Route 3 North. Follow Route 3 North to Route 115. Turn right on 115 and follow to the end. Turn right on Route 2 East. At traffic lights, turn right onto Route 2 16. You will see The Top Notch Inn on your right within a half mile. DIRECTIONS FROM 95 16. I-95 take the Spaulding Turnpike North (follow signs to Wt. Mts. and Conway) Spaulding Turnpike turns into Rt. 16. Go through the Conway's, staying on Rt. 16 North to Gorham. In Gorham take a left and follow Rt's 2 and 16 for about 1 mile. You will see The Top Notch Inn on your left.
