All of our guest rooms have queen size beds and private baths. Four of our rooms offer picturesque harbor views. Our home is decorated with antiques and family treasures, creating a feeling of warmth and casual elegance. We now have free high speed internet access for our guests in all of our rooms. Start each morning with a delicious breakfast of gourmet coffee, herbal tea, juice, cereal, fresh fruit, and home-baked breads. Breakfast is served buttet-style to enjoy at your leisure. R O O M S

BB Rooms, per night: In Season: $135-195/night. Value Season: $100-150/night. Off Season: $75-100/night. Efficiency Suite, per week (see *Note): In Season : $725/week. Value Season: $525/week. Off Season: $375/week for weekly, monthly and seasonal renting during the Spring, Summer and Fall at a rate of. Discount can be provided for multiple week reservation. May 23rd - October 13th. March 1st - May 22nd; October14th - October 31st. November 1st - February 28th. Rates pertain to single and double occupancy and exclude Maine State Sales Tax of 7%. *Note: Efficiency Suite weekly rates do not include breakfast. We offer nightly rates with a three night minimum during our Value and Off Season. Bayside is smoke and pet free. Children are welcome. Deposits: To confirm a reservation for one night, full payment is requested in advance, and with longer stays a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due upon arrival. Sorry, no refunds are given after confirmed arrival date or if you leave before your departure date. Arrival: Check-in between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Arrangements can be made for earlier and later arrivals. Departure: Departure is requested by 10:00 am. Bayside;s parking area is available to departing guests until mid-afternoon on day of check-out.
