These are our 2008 Weekend and Holiday Rates. (Two day minimum stay). Ambassador Room King, Full Bath, Fireplace $135.00 Mapleview Room Full Bed, Full Bath, Fireplace $ 89.00. Pheasant Room Queen Bed, Full Bath, Fireplace $109.00 Weathervane Room Queen Bed, Full Bath $99.00. Steepleview Room Full Bed, Full Bath, Fireplace $ 89.00 Eaton Room Queen Bed, Full Bath, Fireplace $135.00. Weekday rates are 20% less. MasterCard / Visa / Discover. A minimum of 2 week for cancellation or a fee of one night rate will be charged (see full policy below). Rates good till 9/1/2006. There is a two night minimum stay. A $25.00 charge will be added for a one night stay. One night will be charged for all reservations at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee for each room booked. 50% refunds 10 days prior to arrival. No refund after that time. 50% refund is available for medical emergency verified by a copy of a physician;s statement.(+ $10.00/room processing fee will be applied). This is the Innkeeper favorite room, sunny and large with a very large bathroom. The corner sitting area with two lovely chairs make this a room to spend long hours reading a book.

The Moses Eaton Room is on the national historical registry for his painted wall done in 1824. Moses Eaton was an artist who handpainted designs on walls throughout New England. The walls in the Eaton Room are one of a few remaining full rooms of his work. This room with its queen size bed and comfortable chairs is accented with a fireplace.
