Your staff is always extremely helpful and engaging wheter in the dining room, reception and gym. In particular Trendy and Maggy who show real interest in their guest's wellbeing and fitness. Other too, such as Nora and staff in reception are always welcoming and give sense that nothing is too much effort. Unfortunately this is my last visit to Sofia with my work now complete. I would like to thank you and your team for making me very welcome and comfortable during my many stays with you. Excellent stay as always. Great service from reception and gym staff.
