Your staff is always extremely helpful and engaging wheter in the dining room, reception and gym. In particular Trendy and Maggy who show real interest in their guest's wellbeing and fitness. Other too, such as Nora and staff in reception are always welcoming and give sense that nothing is too much effort. Unfortunately this is my last visit to Sofia with my work now complete.
