The museum exhibitions include The Jutland Resistance Museum, Carriage collections, Navigation collections, Ocean Treasures, etc. The Palm Beach During summer, Frederikshavn Palm Beach is definitely worth a visit. The botanical garden In the old English-inspired Bangsbo Botanical Garden, poetry and history blossom among rhododendrons, roses and primulas. Bangsbo Fort The fort was built by the Germans during WW2 and is armed by four large cannons. The fort houses the exciting Bunker Museum.

Hotel Lisboa is situated close to the motorway E45 in the southern part of town, 5 minutes drive from the ferry service and the railway station. Arriving from a southern direction: The motorway turns into the main road to town. Three kilometres after the end of the motorway, turn left onto Sondergade at a Q8 filling station. Hotel Lisboa will now be on your left hand behind the car dealer and the Shell filling station. Arriving from a northern direction: From the main road E45, continue straight ahead through town past the MARTIN group on your left hand and after approx. 200 metres, turn right onto Sondergade at a Q8 filling station. Hotel Lisboa will now be on your left hand behind the car dealer and the Shell filling station.
