Massage therapy is available from Heidi Windel, an Internationally Certified
Massage Therapist for 15 years. She has training in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Theory and Practice of
Massage and deep tissue therapy. Working with MD's and Chiropractors, Heidi is able to apply
massage therapy to help with the treatment of head, neck, shoulder and lower back injury. She also offers stress management and relaxation
massage, which she feels is an important aspect of maintaining overall well being. Therapeutic
Massage is the stroking, kneading and manipulation of muscles and connective tissue to relieve muscle tension, and is very pleasurable and soothing.. It aids in deep relaxation, improves circulation and body tone, releases toxins and assists cellular nutrition.
Massage releases the bodies own pain killers - called endorphins - which soothe and tranquilize the central nervous system. A pleasantly scented oil is used to eliminate friction. Rates are $75.00 for one hour and $40.00 for half hour. Mahogany Run

First ferry at 6:30am, then 7:30am and from 8:00am every hour on the hour to 12:00am. $5.00 per person each way. Children under 12 years $1.00, seniors $1.25. Leaving Red Hook to Cruz Bay. Every hour on the half hour from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Last Ferry back to St Thomas at 6:00pm. Check in 15 minutes prior to departure. $40.00 round

Airport to Bolongo Bay single $12.00, 2 or more people $9.00 per person. There is also a charge for suitcases, between $1.00 - $4.00 depending on the size. Only multi-destination vans service the
airport. Most carry 8 to 12 passengers. Bolongo Bay to Charlotte Amalie single passenger is $10.00, 2 or more people $8:00 per person. Each US visitor, including children can return with $1200.00 worth of duty-free imports from the US Virgin Islands. US residents over 21 can bring back 4 liters of liquor duty free and an extra liter if one of the bottles is produced in the Virgin Islands. Each person is allowed to bring 5 cartons of cigarettes back to the U.S. All baggage of travelers flying from the US Virgin Islands are subject to inspection by US Customs. If you have any questions you can call The
Bureau of Customs at 340 774 2510. You don't need a passport when you arrive in the US Virgin Islands if you are a US citizen. But if you have one bring it along. The US Virgin Islands are a port of entry to the mainland United States so though it is easy to get here...
