This is the ideal accommodation for the travelers that want waterfront location, convenience to town, cleanliness, and affordability. The three bedroom, three bath accommodation is created by an interior suite to suite door between a studio suite and a two bedroom accommodation. This sets up an open layout consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, living area with cable TV, WIFI, covered balconies, and three cozy air-conditioned bedrooms with private baths. The villa provides guests environments for socializing as well as personal space. The master suite even has its own private balcony! This is to let us know that you have arrived on time and when to expect your arrival at the property. AIRLINE SERVICE: Direct to St. Thomas or via San Juan, Puerto Rico, by American, Delta, Continental, or US Airways. For great deals in airfare contact CVOA, (877) 248-2862, mention Coconut Coast Villas to receive the lowest fare available. Important: remember to bring proof of citizenship (either passport or birth certificate and valid photo ID) for departing through US Customs. TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT: There are plenty of taxis available at the airport. Taxi fare is approximately $12.00 per person to Red Hook (40 minute ride) and $8 to Charlotte Amalie (15 minute ride). They charge additional fee for luggage. FERRY SCHEDULE: Red Hook, St. Thomas to Cruz Bay, St. John: the ferry departs on the hour, every hour from 6 am to midnight, everyday of the week, including Sundays and holidays. The cost is $5.00 per person plus $ 2/bag and it is a 20-minute ride. ). The Charlotte Amalie ferry from downtown St. Thomas to Cruz Bay leaves at 1:00, 3:00, 4:00, and 5:30pm. This costs $10 and is a 40-minute ride to St. John. CAR RENTAL: Having your own transportation will truly enhance your vacation experience by providing easy access to shopping, destination dining spots, and the National Parks beaches and trails. Advance reservations are strongly suggested. RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 50% of the Grand Total for the rental is required to secure reservations for 4 days or more. For 3 days or less, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, travelers checks, personal checks or cash for payment. Checks should be made out to Villa Portfolio. Please let us know your time of arrival in St. Thomas, airline, flight number and dates you will be staying with us. CONFIRMATION: Villa Portfolio will confirm your reservation upon receiving your deposit. BALANCE: Your balance is to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival with Visa, MasterCard, or personal check. If you wish to pay your balance by personal check, please make paid to the order of Villa Portfolio. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your reservation has been confirmed with a deposit and you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy the rental unit, Villa Portfolio must be notified in writing. All attempts will be made to re-rent the unit. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, no money will be refunded. If the unit is rented, the entire amount received less 10% of the Grand Total amount will be refunded. MAID SERVICE: The units are cleaned for your arrival and following your departure. Daily maid service is not provided. Additional maid service can be arranged at $30 per cleaning. Please call our office to make arrangements once you are on island. The property sits on the very rocky beach of Turner Bay that is accessible from the oceanfront pool deck. Some of our guests enjoy walks along the coast and shelling. Q. Can you snorkel off the beach in front of the accommodations? A. Turner Bay offers great snorkeling for an experienced person. Frank Bay, only a two-minute walk from Coconut Coast Villas along a nature trail, also has amazing snorkeling. Q. How far is the property from a sandy beach? A. Frank Bay has a wonderful sand and pebble beach that offers snorkeling and one of the island's premium sunset locations. The National Park, only a ten-minute drive or taxi from the property, is home to world famous pristine white sand beaches. Q. Can you walk to Cruz Bay? A. Cruz Bay is only a ten to fifteen minute walk from the accommodations. However, we strongly recommend taking a taxi or rental jeep when you first arrive with your luggage. Q. Do you provide beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels for your guests? A. Yes, we do provide beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels for our guest's use. Q. Are all of your units waterfront and does each have a balcony? A. Yes, all of our units are waterfront! You can see and hear the Caribbean Sea from all of our accommodations and each has it's own private balcony to soak up the sun drenched view. Q. Is there parking for the accommodations? A. Each suite has it's own designated parking spot.

Our three bedroom suites are comprised of a Two-Bedroom Suite with an adjoining door into a studio suite. So the amenities would be that of both a Two bedroom suite and a studio suite.
