Guests are temporary members of the Harbour Village Beach Club which allows them access to the Clubs facilities (beach, tennis, fitness room, guest lounge) and other resort facilities at any time during their stay. We had another fantastic week at Harbour Village. The friendly staff and the wonderful quiet, clean beach and beautiful suites makes this a real treat on Bonaire. Even when the resort is close to full, it never gets crowded on the beach with plenty of chairs to find your own space. Lots of interesting fish and other sealife make this an easy and fun snorkel or dive, day or night, right at the hotel. We used Great Adventures, the onsite dive shop and the boat dives were fantastic thanks to the divemasters ET, Nolly and Malin who were friendly, helpful and great at finding seahorses, frogfish, eels, turtles, etc. The boat is clean, spacious and set up for easy diving. My husband and I went there to get married and had the most wonderful wedding. all we had to do was show up to an absolutely beautiful set up on the beach right before sunset. It was a lot of fun and truly unforgettableUpon returning to our room after we found that they had filled it with roses, candles, and champagne! That night we enjoyed a romantic dinner on the beach, which the hotel restaurant will happily set up for you if you let them know in advance. As for the trip itself, our week at Harbour Village was amazing. The resort is beautiful, clean, friendly, and very relaxing and quiet. I could not ask for more. The beach was terrific: very very few people, nice sand (a rarity in Bonaire, from what I understand), plenty of beach chairs to sit on, palm trees to shade you when you need it, and amazing crystal clear water with terrific snorkeling right there. We always sat at the very edge by the rocks so that we could watch the wildlife while we ate (including all kinds of fish, crabs, birds, and iguanas).
