Miles Sutherland Pilch - Marina Manager. Born in the England, Miles has resided in the BVIs for the last 8 years. His love of sailing and adventure first brought him to the Caribbean 12 years ago on a 39 ft Catamaran. He has since worked in many aspects of the marine and hospitality
business. Miles started at Nanny Cay in 2001 as Hotel Manager and was soon working in the marina as well. With his charming deposition, local and extensive boat knowledge Miles has proved himself to be proficient as Marina Manager. When Miles is not working youll most likely see him surfing the waves on the North Side or Fly-fishing in
flats around the island. Mary Fonio - Accounts Manager. Mary was born in Italy and grew up in Colorado, USA, but is pretty much an island girl now. She has been in the BVIs 19 years and has worked through the thick and the thin with Nanny Cay for 17 years and is an integral part of the Nanny Cay family. Mary manages to keep all of the accounts in line as well as the staff with her resilient and loving ways. Theresa Williams - Manager of Nanny Cay Chandlery. Theresa undertook the great challenge of starting up the chandlery from scratch in her stride and has made it a fantastic accomplishment. Theresa previously had been working in accounts payable and proved she is hard working and capable of achieving results in whatever she would set her mind to do. Theresas strong
business sense and friendly and helpful manner have made the chandlery the success it is today. When shes not busy at the chandlery you might catch a glimpse of her on the Nanny Cay
tennis court. Michael Winter - Maintenance Manager. Mikey was born and raised in the BVIs and has been with the maintenance department of Nanny Cay for 17 years, working his way up to Maintenance Manager. He and his crew can tackle any job big or small with great skill and enthusiasm although Mikey seems the happiest when hes behind the wheel of the Backhoe. Keith LiGreci - Boatyard Manager. Keith originally hails from Syracuse, New York where he worked as a police officer for 22 years. He moved out to the British Virgin Islands in 1994 where he started as a delivery skipper for TMM Charter Company and working his way up to operations manager for them. He has quickly shown himself to be a valuable asset to Nanny Cay team. When hes not busy moving boats around you can find Keith helping out at the Royal BVI Yacht

Assistant Marina Manager. Michelle has an infectious beautiful smile to greet you to Nanny Cay. She has been a part of Nanny Cay for 9 years starting out as a Marina receptionist and proving herself with her brilliant attitude, drive and talent to be the perfect candidate as
Assistant Marina Manager, which she has been doing a great job at for the last 2 years. Dwight Cline - Purchasing Manager. Dwight is a BVI Islander who has been with Nanny Cay since 1989. He is a great part of the management team and is always busy doing
bank runs and picking up never ending shipments for the different departments. Dwight is a loyal and dependable person who keeps the shiniest truck in Nanny Cay. Dwight is also a very talented batsman and is the star baseball player for the Nanny Cay Tigers softball team. Another keen interest of his is Horse Racing and as Secretary to the Horse Racers Association hes managed to persuade Nanny Cay to sponsor the odd race. Cynthia Stoutt - Hotel Manager. Cynthia is another example of a long time member of the Nanny Cay family, having been with the hotel since opening day and working her way up to the position as hotel manager through hard work and dedication. Cynthia is a native of the beautiful island of Nevis but has been living in the BVI for 25 years. She loves socializing and
meeting new people and ensures that visitors enjoy their stay and will return to Nanny Cay for years to come. Steven Martin - Project Manager. Steven comes to Nanny Cay with a construction background from the UK; where he worked throughout Scotland and the North of England. His experience includes management of commercial, government, and private projects. After completing a private project for the owners of Nanny Cay in Scotland, he was asked to join the Management team in the BVI in 2004. Steve oversees the further development and projects within the Cay, including the new condos, villas and improvements in existing structures. Steve has acclimated nicely to the island life through his involvement in sailing and mountain
bike riding. Doris Mills - Genaker
Restaurant Manager. Doris is from the nature island Dominica but has resided in the BVI for many years. She has been with the Nanny Cay family a long time as she stared out working at the Peg Legs
Restaurant, where she waited and bartended for 9 years. She moved to the Genaker Caf in 2000, as
Assistant Manager, this year she has been promoted Manager and is doing brilliantly. Doris has a lot of experience in the hospitality
business and continues to serve up delicious smiles. Mel Jameson-Hospitality Manager. Mel joined the Nanny Cay management team in April 2007, having worked with hotels and resorts around the world. Mel has been based in the Caribbean for most of the last 12 years heading up projects for the Dallas based hospitality service company, the Freeman Group. He is responsible for the day to day running of the hotel and
restaurant, for setting and implementing service standards, and for the set up and running of the new townhouses and villas. el has lived in the BVI for the last 2 years and his hobbies include music, reading, fly fishing and snorkeling
