De populierenhoeve is een gemengd landbouwbedrijf gelegen in het prachtige Heuvelland. Op de boerderij kan men kennis maken met het echte plattelandsleven, wat voor velen onder ons een unieke ervaring is. De boerderij wordt bewoond en onderhouden door de familie Vanhoutte-Delbeke die sinds jaar en dag in de landbouwsector actief is. Het bedrijf heeft een 45tal melkkoeien en een 25tal zoogkoeien. Ook aan de verzorging van deze dieren kan worden deelgenomen. De populierenhoeve is een actieve boerderij waar u hartelijk wordt verwelkomd. We bieden u een oase van rust en ontspanning met een gezellige babbel en met niet te versmaden maaltijden.
