More About Our Cottage. Our Cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2001. Upgrades include a completely new kitchen and appliances, new furniture and new picture windows. The cottage is on East Sampson Island, an island that is among many other islands in McGregor Bay making it ideal for boating. McGregor Bay is connected to the larger waters of Georgian Bay allowing boat access to Little Current and Baie Fine among other areas of interest. The waters were charted in 1998 making travel in the area safe for first time visitors. We provide a copy of the local chart for each guest at the time of booking. Although your own boat is not absolutely necessary we highly recommend one in order to get the most out your holiday. Our cottage is non-smoking. No pets please. The cottage has th...

The Lodge provides bed linens, pillows, blankets and bedspreads, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. Liquid hand soap is provided in the bathroom, and dish soap in the kitchen. Kitchens have electric coffee makers and microwaves in addition to the stove and refrigerator. Coffee filters and paper towels are provided, within reason. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, cooking utensils and pots and pans. Salt and pepper shakers are also provided in each cabin. Q. What else...
