The property is located on the west end, south side of Cayman Brac, an ideal location offering easy walking access to 2 fine restaurants and bars, a gift shop, car and motor scooter rental shops, and a wine and spirits store. The major hotel on the island is within mile and provides additional restaurant/bar access with local entertainment, a diving operation and gift shop.
