The never ending day of Lapland's summer makes an extremely strong effect on paddling trips. Small villages, long river stages and beautiful wilderness is seen when traversing the paddling route. It is advisable to have plenty of time when you are planning on making a trip, because hurry only spoils the fun. Paddling trip is a nice way to spend some time with your friends. For these kind of trips an Indian canoe or a trip kayak are good choices and also quite easy to handle. It is possible to transport your gear in your canoe/kayak. With both of these water vehicles it is safe, but exciting to go through some small rapids.
