Activities in the Bastide. Our Chef, Robert Le Bozec, is also giving cooking lessons for professionals and individuals. He has acquired a cuisine training at the famous Restaurant L'Oustau de Baumanire, He will show you the secret of cooking for products like truffles, game animals, mushrooms, poultries...). Lessons on Monday from 15 pm to 18 pm : 25 euros. Lessons on Thursday from 9 am to 16 pm : 50 euros (lunch included). Week-end lessons : discovery of a product in a farm. Saturday from 9 am to 12 am, from 14 pm to 16 pm : Cooking the product. Sunday from 9 am to 12 am : finishing the receipts (price for the week-end lesson : 60 euros).
