Casa Valcella is entirely built in local sandstone with floors tiled in cotto toscano and stone. All ceilings retained their original wood beams and cotto flat tile covering, some of them even the original boarding. Where, unfortunately, the original material has gone lost all structures have been carefully replaced with the same type of preexistent components. There are three apartments in the cottage: Lo Scoiattolo (the squirrel), la Ballerina and l'Istrice (the hedgehog). In the front yard of the latter you will also find a wood oven (optimal for your home baked pizzas) and several barbecues complete with the necessary firewood.
