Bed and Breakfast Agli Zoccolanti is a former Franciscan convent founded at the end of the 15th century. It was purchased, together with Villa Aureli, by the Meniconi Bracceschi family in the second half of the 19th century; since then it was inhabited by farmers and friars until the fifties. The property has been declared historic monument by the Ministry of Culture. The owners recently restored the house and dedicated to their guests an independent part of it, including a double bedroom with king-size bed, a studio with a sofa-bed (cm. 190X70) and a wide bathroom with tub and shower. Here the customers (maximum 3 pers.) can enjoy full tranquility. Beyond the rich breakfast with house made cakes and marmalade, dinners are served on demand. We also organize guided tours to the city of Perugia and to its surroundings. The guests are provided with free bicycles.
