In this old and complex hotel, no two rooms are exactly alike. No two guests either, for that matter. That is not very practical. But interesting. We have ten room categories, and even within each category there are differences in size and appointments: new rooms and old ones (some even with the restored furnishings of 1908), rooms with balcony or without, with parquet floors or not, with a bathtub or a shower or both, and so forth. And then there is the location! Standing on a hill above the village, the Waldhaus luckily has plenty of rooms with a view: rooms face east (to Lake Silvaplana and Piz Corvatsch), north (to the meadows and Sils-Baselgia), south (to the Fex valley) or west (to Lake Sils).
