The surrounding area. The village of Lingwood is approximately 10 miles, or half way, between Norwich and Great Yarmouth. It is large village, with Post-office, several pubs serving food (one of which is two minutes walk from Station House) a fish and chip shop and a Spar shop. The village is about a mile from the A47 so benefits from excellent road and rail links. Within six miles of Lingwood is a horse riding centre, a dry ski slops, a petting zoo, a water sports centre, and many other attractions. Being in the heart of the Norfolk Broads we are surround by boating. There are numerous places to hire boats of all sizes within twenty minutes of us, allowing you to explore the Broads (large, man-made lakes) at your own pace.
