Oliver's Lodge Hotel has several rooms suitable for one day or residential meetings from 2 to 65 delegates. All of our rooms have a blackout facility, and both our main function rooms are fully air conditioned. Our larger rooms have facilities for the lights to be dimmed, conference equipment such as Flipcharts, Overhead projectors, White and Black Boards and Carousel Projector are all available - for which no charge is made. Other equipment, including Television and Video, Video Cameras etc., may be hired by arrangement - for which there is a small charge. Please check when booking. All our main rooms are hard wired for audio and visual interchange between rooms. This means that you can be using a video camera in one room and watch live playback in another.
