Additional person charge of $25 per night in the Theodore Pomeroy and Thomas Colt Suites which have a maximum occupancy of 3 persons. All other suites have a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. In Season: July 1st (Thursday prior to July 4th Holiday) through October 31. Three night minimum on weekends in July. Two night minimum on all other weekends during the in-season period and for the July 4th holiday, if it falls on a weekday. During all other times, we are happy to accept a single night reservations.
