Summerplace is a restored Victorian era Michigan "town cottage". The main portion of the house contains 3 bedrooms (the Master Suite with bath is on the first floor, the Colonial Bedroom and Country Bedroom are the second floor – each with their own bath), 3.5 baths, kitchen, living rooms, parlors, dining area, large porches, gardens, two-car garage, and accommodates 6 to 8 guests on a weekly or monthly basis (non-smoking, pet free). Perfect for groups and events – bikers, hikers, wedding parties, family reunions, memorial gatherings, and holiday family get-togethers. The Studio Apartment is a separate unit available weekly and offers two bedrooms, efficiency kitchen, a private bath, and a private entry with porch and garden. It accommodates 4 guests (non-smoking, pet free). Guests will enjoy charming, quiet, historic residential neighborhood, lovely private gardens.
