Rock Bay Camp Additional information. Rock Bay Camps are located approximately three miles south of the town of Tupper Lake, off Route 30 on Charlands Road. We feature a beautiful lakefront area with great swimming, large dock, Bar-B-Q and bonfire pit. (Our docks have space for approximately two boats). The beach area is wonderful, especially for small children, with a gradual walk into the lake, with plenty of sand to make mud pies. There is also an area for older children where they can swim in deeper water and fish off the dock. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets as the sun touches down directly across the lake from us.
