Rooms 1 2 are on the lower level and they both have the same entrance. When possible, we think this is a nice set up for 2 couples or families that are traveling together that need 2 rooms. Room 1 sleeps only 2 people. It has a queen size bed. It is a smaller room with a chair and a chest of drawers. It also has a large bathroom adjoining the room with a large vanity and a shower only.
